What were you in another life?
I’m pretty sure I was an explorer of territories unknown.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Don’t take things personally. A simple idea that when used in practice has produced the biggest payoff in my long term happiness.
If you could invent a holiday…
It would definitely involve purposeful time in celebration of nature. Beach, forests, mountains, lakes, all of it. Oh, and food. Cause that’s what holidays are really about anyway, right?! Wait… can we seriously do this?
What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars?
To be generous in sharing your feelings and ideas with the team, while being receptive to, and seeking out the advice/feedback of your coworkers. This team is chock-full of brilliant, kind people who are bursting with great insights, and we’re all stronger together.
If I weren’t so damn good at my job, I’d probably be…
Full-time in to my life & leadership coaching practice — and definitely hot-spotting to different cities around the world for extended stays.
What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
Seeing change happen quickly. I actually love when we identify something that isn’t quite working and then witnessing the process of it actively being fixed. It’s so awesome, and definitely rare.
When I was 5, I was pretty sure I’d be…
An actress when I grew up. I’m told I was a bit of a ham.
The one book I want to gift everyone I meet is…
This is a complete tie for me: The Four Agreements & The Harry Potter box set. Ok so that’s 8 books, but whatever it’s worth it ;)!
