Referral Terms & Conditions

• It is a good fit for ENVOLTA & the potential new client
• Client accepts the proposal and there is no default in payment
• One-time payment is made to the individual referring the business/client to us.
  • For example, if the total contract is $2000.00, the individual will receive $200.00 upfront from ENVOLTA.
  • For example, if it is a monthly client and their contract is worth $12,000 the individual will receive $1200 upfront from ENVOLTA.
• Contract has to exceed greater than $1000 in order to be eligible
• After the initial contract, there will be no additional payouts for that specific referral
  • For example, if in two months, they want additional services, it is not subject to compensation.
• The following year, if they renew with ENVOLTA, it is not subject to compensation.
• The individual referring the business/client to ENVOLTA has to fill out this form and follow the process, in order to be eligible.
